Inauguration of photographic exhibition
presented by Angelo Bertani
with the participation of Atiq Rahimi

In 2002, after twenty years in exile, Atiq Rahimi returned to his native Kabul and, through the lens of an old and very rudimentary camera, undertook a mission intended to re-capture his lost identity. The result of this mission is a story in which his writing goes hand-in-hand with his photography, and his photography is accompanied by his writing. His narrative is interspersed with silences, as in an ancient fable, with both the images and the words suspended as if in mid-air.

The exhibition will be open from 11th March to 21st April,
from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. - Sunday a.m. 10:30-12:30 / p.m. 04:00-07:00
(closed Saturday 31st March and Sunday 1st April)
